You would be amazed at how often small changes can have a huge effect on certain parts of your life. These may be problems which have been affecting you for many years on a personal level. They may also have held you back in social situations or at work. Using hypnosis, my aim is to help you regain control of your life. It's about empowering you, not setting you up for long term psychological dependency (some conditions may need only one or two sessions).

This approach is known as Brief Strategic Therapy and is directed towards goals which are agreed at the first hypnotherapy session. Using the power of your subconscious mind, we find solutions which will lead to positive and permanent changes in your life. I work in an eclectic way, drawing on the wide knowledge and experience I have gained over the years. Hypnosis is my primary therapeutic tool, but I also utilise energy therapy in the form of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) as well as IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy). I also use some NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) methods.

Using this approach I have helped many people Quit Smoking or Vaping, Lose Weight, overcome Phobias and Fears (including Fear of Flying), and Control Pain. I have also helped many cope with Stress, Anxiety and Depression, and deal with Addiction, and a number of other conditions (see Treatments) - often where other approaches have failed.
